This privacy policy applies to the website timemywork.de. Use of the TimeTracker application itself is governed by the privacy information provided within the application and the data-processing agreement concluded with the respective customer.

If you use our contact form, we process the data you provide:

• Name and, where given, company
• Email address
• where given, team size and subject
• Content of your message

When you visit the website, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, page accessed) is also processed to deliver and secure the site.

4. Purpose of processing

We use the data submitted via the contact form solely to process and answer your enquiry, to offer you a quote or demo, and for any follow-up questions.

5. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

6. Retention period

We store your data only as long as necessary to process your enquiry. Unless statutory retention obligations apply, the data is deleted afterwards.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is not passed on to third parties without your express consent — except to technical service providers (processors, e.g. our hosting provider and the service delivering the contact form), whom we have contractually bound to comply with data protection.

Our website and application are operated on servers in Germany. A data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

9. Cookies

This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary local storage mechanisms are used (e.g. to store your display preference such as light/dark mode). This data remains in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
